You can request a return for most items within 7 days of delivery. However, for fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat), please report issues within 24 hours of delivery for an immediate resolution.

Incorrect items received.
Items missing from your order.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is verified, you can choose to receive your refund in your Megha Store Wallet (instant) or back to your original payment method (5-7 business days).

Please keep the original packaging and invoice for a smoother return process.
